QUANTITY SURVEYORS and ESTIMATORS
We require experienced Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to join our team based in Auckland or Wellington for a variety of projects up to $40m.
Responsibilities in these challenging roles include estimating and preparing tenders; processing progress claims and final accounts; negotiation, letting and administration of subcontracts; project cost control, forecasting and reporting; and post project reviews.
Successful candidates will have appropriate qualifications, considerable experience, a thorough understanding of commercial construction, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability, enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to a dynamic team.
PROJECT MANAGERS and FOREPERSONS
We require proactive Project Managers and Forepersons for various projects around New Zealand, to ensure they are completed in accordance with the contract, programmes, statutory requirements and company objectives.
Successful candidates will have significant experience and appropriate qualifications; commercial acumen and financial awareness; excellent communication skills; ability to liaise confidently with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and other parties.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
We are constantly on the look out for Cadets to join our Construction Management Trainee programme based throughout New Zealand. Our CMT programme provides the opportunity for real hands-on experience in programming, site and commercial management.
It doesn't matter how far through your studies you are, if you have the right attitude and approach then we would like to talk to you. As well as practical experience, we provide assistance with study fees, books and study leave. What more could you need?
